Mr Kornbeck is a policy officer and civil servant of the European Union. Prior to his time at the European Commission’s Youth Unit, where he is in charge of the EU structured Dialogue in the field of Youth, he was a policy officer at the European Commission’s sport unit as well as legal officer of the European Data Protection Supervisor. In his current position, Mr Kornbeck is responsible for external representation and negotiation, representing the Commission within the EU-Council of European Youth Partnership and coordinates the EU-China cooperation as part of the High-Level People-to-People Dialogue (HPPD).(SOURCE)

Andrew Bradley

Director of the Office of International IDEA to the European Union Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA)

Mr Andrew Bradley represents International IDEA at the European Union and promotes its position in EU policy fora and related contexts. He develops and maintains partnerships and cooperation with representatives of International IDEA Member States, other regional/international organizations and democracy support actors based in Brussels. Previously, Mr Bradley was the Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs and Human Development of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States. Prior to that, he was a diplomat and served in South African Embassies and Missions in Canada, Switzerland and Belgium. (SOURCE)


Arianna Tripodi

Project Manager

Born in Italy, Arianna holds a Bachelor in International Relations and a Master Degree in Politics and Government from Luiss University in Rome.  Passionate about International and European affairs, prior to joining ThinkYoung,  she has worked at the European Parliament,  at the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) and for a consulting firm  involved in government relations based in Washington DC.
